a little more about me…

For me, design begins with empathy: understanding the people we create for and the stories behind their needs. That mindset inspired me to pursue UX/UI design. With a background in biological sciences and a master’s in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience (specializing in Human-Computer Interaction) at the University of Texas at Dallas, I’ve built a practice rooted in understanding human behavior, cognition, and motivation.

I see UX as an ever-evolving field that constantly challenges me to learn, adapt, and think differently. My experience working in non-profit and health crisis intervention showed me how deeply thoughtful design can impact people’s lives. I’m passionate about accessibility, empathy, and designing with intention to create experiences that make technology more inclusive, intuitive, and human-centered.

Outside of design, you’ll usually find me lifting weights, reading multiple books at once, journaling, or exploring new coffee shops around Dallas. I love spending time in nature, practicing mindfulness, and of course, spoiling my cat, Lush 🐾.
